HUAJE TABLE

Crafted from the salvaged root of the Huaje tree (Leucaena leucocephala), a Mexican wood of great character and artisanal value.

The base: The structure is composed of the Huaje's own natural roots and branches, maintained in their original form without any intervention that alters their morphology. The twisted trunks function as sculptural legs, giving the table an organic and monumental presence.

The glass top: A tempered glass top passes through and rests on the root extensions themselves, allowing the piece to be appreciated in its entirety from above, while the Huaje branches emerge through or around the glass as active sculptural elements—not just a base, but an integral part of the design.
